If you purchased a subscription for paid content (“the app”) through Great Apps LLC and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review this Refund Policy carefully.
Automatic Renewals
Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration and at the then-current subscription rate. Until you cancel, your payment method will be charged during the 24-hour period before each renewal date. Your continued use of the app and failure to cancel confirms that Great Apps LLC is authorized to charge your payment method.
Please note that deleting or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
App Store Subscriptions
Due to our subscription structure, subscriptions cannot be canceled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel your subscription, you must follow the steps outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only to the first full-price subscription charge and do not apply to subsequent renewals.
Payments made for trials, discounted subscriptions, promotional pricing, or introductory offers are non-refundable, as these are provided at a reduced rate.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a completed Refund Request Form within 30 days of the first full-price charge and before any subsequent charge occurs.
Refund Conditions
All refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Trial and introductory offer payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Refunds apply only to the first full-price subscription charge.
- No refunds will be issued for requests submitted more than 30 days after the first full-price payment.
- No refunds will be issued if a subsequent full-price charge has occurred or is attempted.
- A completed Refund Request Form is required. It can be accessed through the 'Manage Account' section on our website (greatapps.co) or by contacting our support team at support@greatapps.co.
- The email address submitted on the Refund Request Form must match the email address used for the purchase.
- You must provide a valid reason for your refund request. Great Apps LLC reserves the right to request additional information and to deny requests that do not meet eligibility requirements.
Refund Amounts
- Requests submitted within 14 days of the first full-price payment are eligible for a 100% refund of that payment.
- Requests submitted between 15 and 30 days of the first full-price payment are eligible for a 50% refund of that payment.
One-Time Purchases
Certain products offered by Great Apps LLC are sold as one-time, non-subscription purchases and are clearly labeled as such at checkout.
By completing a one-time purchase, you authorize Great Apps LLC to charge your payment method for a non-refundable amount. One-time purchases:
- are non-refundable under all circumstances;
- are not subscription based;
- provide access only to the specified product or content;
- do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.
Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take up to 14 days to process. If a refund is issued, the subscription will be canceled immediately, and access to premium app content will be revoked.
