If you have purchased a subscription for paid content (“the app”) through Great Apps LLC and wish to discontinue your subscription, please review this Cancellation Policy carefully.
Automatic Renewals
Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration and at the then-current subscription rate. Until you cancel, your payment method will be charged during the 24-hour period before each renewal date.
Deleting or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
How to Cancel
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Visit your Great Apps User Account.
- Enter the email address used for your purchase.
- Enter the verification code sent to your inbox to log in.
- Click Cancel subscription.
What to Expect Next
Troubleshooting Login Issues
- Check all folders in your inbox, including Spam, Promotions, and Social.
- If you still cannot locate the code, this may indicate that there is no active subscription linked to the email address you entered. Please ensure you are using the exact email address from your purchase receipt.
App Store / Google Play
Subscriptions cannot be canceled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions will not appear in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Confirmation and Processing
After submitting your request:
- You may receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been successfully processed; or
- You may be contacted for additional information if further verification is required.
You are responsible for submitting your cancellation request in advance of your renewal date to avoid future charges.
