How to request a refund
If you made a purchase for one of the Great Apps products and you're not happy, you may submit a refund request by submitting a Refund Request Form. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed and appear on your bank statement.

- You must submit a refund request within 30 days of the original or first full-price purchase date.
- Your email address in your refund request form must match the email address on your purchase receipt in order for a refund to be processed.
- If eligible, we’ll only issue a refund for your first full-price subscription charge. Trial, discounted and renewal charges are not eligible for a refund, so please make sure you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
- Any cancellation requests received after your subscription go into effect at the end of that billing cycle.
- Once your refund request form has been submitted, a refund may take up to 14 days to be processed back onto your original payment method. Please be aware that you may not receive communication from Great Apps LLC that your refund request has been approved or denied; however, if approved, a refund will be automatically processed back onto your original payment method.
